About BASIS Flagstaff Boosters

Welcome to the BASIS Flagstaff Boosters!
The BASIS Flagstaff Boosters is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that supports the BASIS Flagstaff campus. We are 100% volunteer community of amazing parents and guardians who dedicate time, talents, ideas, and resources to connect and support the BASIS Flagstaff students, families, administration, and faculty to foster exceptional education and social outcomes for our kids.

We fulfill our mission through various activities and volunteer groups to support:

STUDENTS: BASIS Flagstaff Boosters facilitate the school lunch program (including no cost lunches for families in need) and Pizza Fridays for students.  We organize and support student events, such as the Fall Festival, Primary Dance, Family Movie Night, and End of Year Luau.

TEACHERS & FACULTY: We coordinate and help facilitate activities such as the Monthly Appreciation Luncheon, stocking of the teacher’s lounge with snacks and beverages, and collection of donations and gifts for holiday party and Teacher Appreciation Week once per year.

FUNDRAISING: When enrichment opportunities are identified, BASIS Flagstaff Boosters raise funds for supplemental resources and experiences. All support raised through any BASIS Flagstaff Boosters programs and fundraising goes directly towards the benefit of students and teachers. We bolster BASIS Flagstaff’s Annual Teacher Fund fundraising efforts.

COMMUNITY BUILDING: We sponsor and organize events such as Parent & Staff and Casino Night to foster a long-term sense of community and school and family social interaction.  The goal is always to make the BASIS Flagstaff experience the most it can be for our kids. We pursue ideas and outlets for BASIS families to connect and “do” BASIS life together.

FLAGSTAFF OUTREACH: Using advocacy, word-of-mouth, and traditional marketing, we work to make BASIS Flagstaff visible and relevant to the greater Flagstaff community. Opportunities for sponsorships, volunteerism, and public goodwill are pursued to engage with our mountain town.
